Fermenting Veggies Workshop and Demonstration
Learn about the science and health surrounding fermenting veggies - and learn how to do it yourself in this class and demonstration.
If you'd like to make along with the virtual class, have these things on hand: veggies of any sort (radishes, cabbage, carrots, daikon, greens, cucumbers - anything!) clean jar (mason, recycling) salt (non-iodized).
Along with the class and demonstration, participants will receive recipes and useful materials :)

Cheryl Paswater is an Certified Fermentationist , Educator, and Health Coach, who after a near-death experience, turned to holistic medicine for help. After radical diet and lifestyle changes, she started teaching on fermentation, old world food preservation, healthy eating, sustainable food, and holistic health.
