WE'll have demos, lectures, art exhibits, interviews & open conversations with 50+ presenters from over 10 countries.
SO, THE MISSION?
Illustrating the metaphor of fermentation as an act of social change + providing accessible fermentation education + honoring the diverse voices of our community

We'll post a schedule here and the presenters will go live on Instagram/Zoom during their time slot. we'll also livestream the day's events through Zoom using this one link throughout the whole event:

AND IT'S A FUNDRAISER?
Social change is justice for our Black community, for Indigenous peoples, for people of color; it is systemic change, food justice, queer justice...the list goes on.
100% of proceeds will go to 5 BIPOC-led food justice organizations:

The Okra Project

PROCEEDS & PAYMENT
We ask folks to pay what you can, but suggest $10/workshop. payment is based on the honor system. we'll share the sum of donations after the event
